Meet the Leadership Team

At CLF, we believe that the biblical model of leadership is carried on the shoulders of a leadership team more than the life of a single man. Our leadership team at CLF is composed of five men. As leaders, we believe we are called to walk together in accountable, transparent, and genuine God-initiated relationships having a set man as the senior leader.

As a team of leaders, we see friendship with God and with one another as an essential part of the call of God on our lives and as a foundational truth of the Kingdom of God. We believe it is our responsibility to be examples to those the Lord has brought to us and that it is our responsibility to be more than teachers of the things of God but spiritual fathers to those we have the duty to lead, nurture, and disciple.
